1953 Elizabeth II Royal Mint Bronze Coronation Medal
This medal was produced in relatively small numbers by the Royal Mint for the 1953 Coronation of Elizabeth II. The portrait of the crowned Queen was engraved by GH Paulin, a very well known and respected Scottish sculptor.
The reverse, depicting the Imperial Crown in the ship of state sailing left with two females standing in the stern blowing trumpets by Albert Toft
