Medals and Transit box come  with 24 copy service records  from National Archives. Frederick had to sign the Official Secrets Act whilst serving as a private at 8th Army H.Q.  after transferred from Royal Artillery. He was also awarded the Efficiency Medal.

TOM RAMSBOTTOM

Born April 1906 in Accrington, Lancashire. In 1939 Tom was a Foreman at a Compositor Printer company. Enlisted in May 1941 and posted to the Military Police, serving for 3 years in the Middle East.

THOMAS ALFRED EVANS

Born March 1908 and lived in Edmonton London in 1939 and was  a member of the Air Raid Precaution, Rescue and Demolition unit until conscripted into the army in May 1943. He received the Defense Medal for services with the A.R.P.  Thomas went over to France in June 1944 with the Pioneer Corp.
